Frances knows how to get attention! His story with us started as he stopped multiple lanes of traffic and was pulled out the engine of a car. After all of the excitement calmed down he was found to be a complete mush - loves people, loves laps, loves cuddling, loves toys. He is a boy that is guaranteed to spread joy wherever he goes.
